What is your return policy?
We accept a return or exchange of a purchase at www.vinnia-eu.com when: the purchase is in its original condition, unworn, with hang tag still attached. Swimwear must also have hygiene protection stickers in place as it was when sold. A receipt must be included as a proof of purchase at www.vinnia-eu.com. PLEASE NOTE: Special orders or sales cannot be returned exchanged. We reserve the right to not accept a return if the item has been damaged or worn. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days for a full refund. A full refund will be credited to the card used for payment within 14 business days, after receiving the return parcel.

What if the item I receive is damaged?
We inspect all of our items before we dispatch and we make sure that we sell the item at a high quality, however if there is such situation, email us to review your matter.
