COVID-19 Delivery - How long will my order take to be delivered?

EU orders could take 10-30 working days to be delivered and International orders may take longer. We are experiencing delays with some orders  due to limited transportation availability due to COVID-19. Your order will still be delivered to you as quickly and as safely as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

1. What is your return policy?

We accept a return or exchange of a purchase done through www.vinniastore.com when: the purchase is in its original condition, unworn, with the hang tag still attached. 

Swimwear must also have hygiene protection stickers in place and intact. 

A receipt must be included as a proof of purchase at www.vinniastore.com

We reserve the right to not accept a return if the item has been damaged or worn.

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days for a full refund. A full refund will be credited to the card used for payment within 14 business days after receiving the return parcel. 

Special orders or sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How do I return/ exchange my order?

First and foremost, to validate your return please contact us at info@vinniastore.com. 

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the next steps that need to be taken.

3. How do I choose the right size?

4. What if the item is out of stock?

Send us an email for further information about the item or pre-order an item.

5. What if the item I receive is damaged?

As we are a small company and we personally check each and every single item ordered before we dispatch, to make sure that we sell the item in perfect conditions. However, should anything happen to it during the shipping, or if there is any issue of sorts with the product(s), please reach out to us via email letting us know what is wrong, and sending us some images for review. We apologise for the inconvenience, and we'll do our best to support you with your order.

6. How do I wash my bikini?

We recommend hand washing. Rinse by hand in cold water after removing your swimsuit. You can use a little bit of mild soap to remove chlorine or salt water. Gently dry the golden details with a towel and hang dry your swimsuit!
