RETURN POLICY


At VINNIA, we want to make sure you enjoy your purchase. If you have any questions, please, do not hesitate to contact us

Returns:

Please, email us or click here to download the Returns Form. The Returns Form must be correctly completed and sent to our email address mentioned below within 5 days from the date of your receipt. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the next steps to take.

Return or exchange requirements:

- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Please include your receipt as a proof of purchase at www.vinnia-eu.com. Item must be in its original condition, with hang tag still attached and in perfect, unworn condition. Swimwear must also have hygiene protection stickers in place as it was when sold. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons. Please avoid making any makeup, tan and other marks on the product. 

If everything above is followed, the refund will be processed. If items do not meet the above requirements, they will be returned back to the customer.

- PLEASE NOTE: Special orders or sales cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to not accept a return if the item has been damaged or worn.

     

     Refund Payments:

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of VINNIA receiving the return parcel.
    • PLEASE NOTE: VINNIA cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.

    Exchanges or Replacements

    - VINNIA offers exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size or colour.
