Returns & exchanges
Before all else, please know that here at VINNIA, we want nothing more than for you to enjoy your products. We'll do everything within our reach to assist you so as to make sure you're happy with your order and loving your new eco swimwear. If you have any questions, please, do not hesitate to contact us.
Firstly, we kindly ask you to VALIDATE YOUR RETURN. Meaning, please let us know the reason why you wish to return or exchange a piece, make proof of payment, and send us a couple photos for us to see that the product is in mint condition (featuring all original packaging, hang tags, and protection slips). Then, please send this information over at: email@example.com, or click the link above.
Once the request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will notify you of the next steps to take.
2. Return or exchange requirements:
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days for a full refund.
Please include your receipt as a proof of purchase at www.vinniastore.com.
The item must be in its original condition, with hang tag still attached and unworn. Swimwear must also have hygiene protection stickers in place as it was when sold. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons. Please avoid leaving any makeup, tan and other marks on the product, as this can might make return or exchange impossible to process.
If the rules above are respected, the refund will be processed immediately. If items do not meet the above requirements, they will be returned back to the customer.
We reserve the right to not accept a return if the item has been damaged or worn.
PLEASE NOTE: Special orders or sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Refund payments:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of VINNIA receiving the return parcel.
PLEASE NOTE: VINNIA cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
4. Exchanges or replacements:
VINNIA offers exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size or colour.
