SHIPPING

All orders are mostly dispatched within 1-5 working days. Orders made over the weekend (Friday-Sunday) will be dispatched on the next 1-5 working days. Should any delay occur in the periods of a high demand, we will inform via email. Please allow up to 10 working days after the date of dispatch to receive your order.

Some orders can take longer to be dispatched. To know which products take longer to be dispatched, please, read the description below each product or contact us at info@vinnia-eu.com.

To calculate the delivery fee to your country, simply enter your full address at check out. Ensure that the delivery details are correct.

Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery that may occur will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended or if incorrect details are provided at the checkout.

We pack your order item(s) and ship out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not included in the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for by VINNIA. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Please include your receipt as a proof of purchase at www.vinniastore.com. Item must be in its original condition, with hang tag still attached and in perfect, unworn condition. Swimwear must also have hygiene protection stickers in place as it was when sold. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons. Please avoid making any makeup, tan and other marks on the product. If everything above is followed, the refund will be processed. If items do not meet the above requirements, they will be returned back to the customer.
